WHAT PERTH HOMEOWNERS & AGENTS SAY
Hey Perth, I'm Andre — Perth's Plumbing Professor.
I’m Andre Stokes, and I run Perth’s Plumbing Professor.
With over 25 years in plumbing and gas fitting — including running my own company in Scotland and supervising major commercial projects here in Perth with builders like Adco and Multiplex — I’ve seen pretty much every situation you can imagine.
But here’s what matters most to me:
I have an elderly mother who lives on her own, and I know how important it is for families to feel completely comfortable having a tradie in the house when they’re not there. That’s why I treat every home like it’s my own mother’s.
You’ll always deal directly with me — no call centres, no subcontractors, no surprises. I explain everything in plain English, charge fair prices, and I’ll never recommend work you don’t actually need.
That’s the Professor promise.

Plumbing, Gas and Electrical Across Perth
Perth’s Plumbing Professor is owner-operated. I do the work myself, from a dripping tap to a full system replacement, right across the Perth metropolitan area.
If your hot water has failed or the unit is getting on, my hot water systems page explains when a repair still makes sense and what a replacement actually involves. If you would rather have the pricing conversation first, plumber costs in Perth sets out call-out fees, hourly versus fixed pricing and after-hours charges before you book anything.
I’m based locally and take plenty of work close to home — if you need a plumber in Yokine, I cover the services and how to get hold of me there. For ongoing cover there is the Home Care Plan, and for agencies and landlords I offer dedicated property manager support.
ABOUT US
